For any setback or concern related to Covid-19 (travel restriction, proven symptoms, quarantine … upon presentation of proof), we offer you the possibility of canceling your stay until D-7, without fresh ! You will be reimbursed 100%. *

You cannot travel to honor your reservation and are forced to cancel your reservation within 7 days before your arrival (Concern related to Covid 19: travel restriction, proven symptoms, quarantine … on presentation of a proof)?

We offer you a credit note valid for 18 months to postpone your stay. *

* As part of a group, proof will be requested from all participants. The cancellation conditions will only be valid for people with proof. The stay should be honored for others.

Sanitary Pass

 

Following the latest government announcements, the health pass is mandatory at the entrance to the Skylodge from 2021 August 09th.

All customers aged 12 and over must present a valid health pass upon check-in, which means:

  • Either a complete vaccination: having received all the necessary doses for more than 7 days for the double injection vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca) or 28 days for the single injection vaccines (Johnson & Johnson).
  • Either a negative test of less than 72 hours RT-PCR or antigen.
  • Either a positive test dated at least 11 days and less than 6 months RT-PCR or antigen, attesting to recovery from Covid-19.

/!\ Warning: the self-tests are not valid.

The sanitary pass may be presented on the application #TousAntiCovid or on paper, and you may be able to provide proof of identity asked.

Sanitary Measures

Please take note of the sanitary measures put in place and inform the members of your group if necessary.

Inside the establishment:

  • Wearing a mask is compulsory to enter the building and for all movements inside (mask on sale for € 1 at the Skylodge if necessary).
  • Regular hand washing recommended or use of a hydro-alcoholic solution (provided by Skylodge). Each person is asked to wash their hands when entering the building.
  • Respect for barrier gestures throughout your stay.
  • The Skylodge team is committed to strengthening the cleaning and disinfection of common areas (toilets, showers, etc.) and to using an antibacterial product active on Covid-19.
  • A disinfectant suitable for fabrics and clothing will also be used in the rooms by the cleaning team.

At the “S” restaurant / Take-away meals:

  • Restaurant hours (all-you-can-eat buffet):
    – breakfast from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
    – lunch from noon to 1:30 p.m.
    – dinner from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • At the time of check-in, the receptionist will offer you to choose a time slot to collect your meal tray (every 10 min). Please respect this window to avoid running into other people at this time.
  • Hand washing at the entrance to the restaurant with the hydro-alcoholic gel provided by the Skylodge, as well as when helping yourself at the buffet.
  • Mask compulsory for all trips (mask on sale for € 1 at the Skylodge).
  • At the entrance to the buffet, you will be asked to take your cutlery and plates. You can help yourself to food at will. We ask you to be careful not to throw food away.
  • Once served, you must go directly to your rooms / suites, respecting the direction of circulation set up by the establishment. If you need any assistance, please let us know to accompany you.
  • In the suites / rooms, you will be provided with folding tables and chairs so that you can eat inside.
  • The staff will collect the trays directly from your rooms after your meal. Please leave the trays, plates and cutlery on the tables to facilitate their work.
  • The tables, seats and the buffet are disinfected regularly by the Skylodge teams. Thank you for respecting their work, and for helping them by respecting these different measures put in place.
